Letter to R.

My ex-boyfriend was different than the others. Unfortunately, he decided it would be better for us if we stopped talking. I wrote this letter on his birthday, hoping that I could give it to him with a birthday present when we started talking again. I was proud of the letter in a way, because it’s not half as badly written as my other letters, which used to be terribly sloppy . . .
