A Poem From Prison & The First Mobile Phone Back In Liberty

This phone marks a new beginning since I bought it right after I was released from prison in 2002. I’ve never been a criminal ever since. The poem, however, is a reminder of the days I spent in lock-up. I wrote it during my prison days in the 80’s and it represents the longing for closeness and warmth, as well as the loneliness I experienced during this time.
